IT Manager

Job Description :

Our partnered client is currently seeking an IT Manager of Integrations. This is an integral role to manage workflow, integration & moving current process into a more modernized operational standard.

This role requires a hands on approach to assess and make recommendations for process improvement, software upgrades / updates / integration and financial system management.

This role will work closely with internal teams to assure business alignment of employee technology needs are met. The successful candidate will have an understanding of systems and what applications work best to meet business operations.

Responsibilities

Meet with internal departments to understand business process

Understand Technology needs and assess current technology to suggest upgrades and improvement

Oversee maintenance and the development of the business system

Creating documentation and procedures as required

Ensure business system requirements are documented and suggest solutions to architecture principles, guidelines and policies

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by utilizing internal or third party IT teams

Assist in business online presence and working with marketing team for needs and requirements of their company page

Manage and improve network infrastructure

Review, develop and revise IT policies, procedures and standards for security to assure integrity of company data

Make recommendations to technology, IT infrastructure and technology

Manage third party vendor relationships including contracts and performance

Create an internal audit schedule for IT systems and process

Manage employee hardware and software for active and inactive employees

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

3+ years’ experience as an IT Manager

Experience in systems and application integration

Understanding of data Structures

Up to date knowledge on software and security to assure internal data protection

Prior success with implementation and integration projects

Knowledge of Saas systems such as SalesForce

Shipboard network infrastructure knowledge
