This is not a quota‑driven telecom role. It is an opportunity to build your own client portfolio by leading with Managed PBX and expanding organically into Managed IT services. Business phone systems touch every user and the underlying network, which naturally leads to broader conversations about security, uptime, and ongoing support. PBX opens the relationship – Managed IT and cybersecurity deepen it. Bundling services increases client retention and builds stronger recurring revenue over time.
