Join my client's team and help shape the future of community mental wellness!As Program Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team of mental health professionals, oversee program delivery, and ensure our services remain client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. You'll be the bridge between strategy and service —empowering staff, refining processes, and driving impact.What You'll Do:- Supervise and support front-line staff and volunteers- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards- Champion equity, inclusion, and mental health awareness- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer engagement and management initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as neededWhat We're Looking For:- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field- 3+ years of experience in a similar environment with at least 1 years' experience in a supervisory role- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills- Deep understanding of mental health challenges and community needs- Commitment to non-profit values and continuous learningApply today and be part of a movement that matters.Please send your resume to karen.thomas@quantum.ca.
