Human Resources Administrator
Full job description12 Month Full-Time ContractThis is an entry level position for someone looking to learn the various areas of Human Resources.
Successful candidates will have completed Quebec post-secondary schooling in Human Resources or related field. Ideally would have 2 years of Canadian Human Resources experience with a special focus in recruitment, health & safety or both.

Support activities necessary to ensure the continuous improvement and sustainability of the health and safety system and act as an internal resource for the business for any health and safety-related matters.
Ensure that all Health & Safety Committees / Representatives are established and operating according to the legislated requirements in Québec.
Monitor, assess and report hazard / risks in each workplace.Review the injury and illness frequency as required in Québec.
Responsible for being up to date on current health and safety-related trends, industry issues, and / or legislative changes in Québec.
Manage all CNESST claims for Québec.Support the Human Resources Department with translations of documentsSupport the Human Resources Department with Canada Life benefits administration and inquiriesComplete all other ad-hoc tasksQUALIFICATIONS : Bilingual French / English is a mustCompleted Quebec schooling in either Human Resources or related field2 years of Canadian Human Resources experienceComputer experience in Microsoft OfficeDriver’s license requiredABOUT THE COMPANY : Want to work with an industry leader in transport refrigeration?

As the Human Resources Administrator, working on the day shift at our St. Laurent location, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall human resources administration for our three Québec locations with the support and direction of the VP of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager.
