We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst - CPQ / CLM (Ironclad)- Remote Canada Position .

As a Salesforce Product Analyst , you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities.

This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams including engineers and designers to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.

Job Function / Day to Day

Working closely with our business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.

Creating and owning user stories / business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.

Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.

Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation. Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.

Participating in roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.

Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.

As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.

Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Analyst or Product Owner.
  • 2+ years of experience in CPQ and CLM - Ironclad.
  • 2+ years experience using Ironclad CLM product.
  • 5+ years of experience working in and delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
  • Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
