We are currently seeking a Salesforce UX Researcher - Canada remote position.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering, refining, and documenting both business and technical requirements.

Additionally, the candidate should be capable of assisting the team in prioritizing tasks from both business and technical perspectives, understanding dependencies, and assessing value.

The UX Researcher balances the user need with business intent and engineering feasibility, ensuring the products are accessible and user friendly.

Background :

Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices

HCI, interaction design, product design, UI design, communication design, design thinking or related design degree

Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Positive attitude, iterative and ability to work with teams
