THE JOB : Manager, Divisions Knowledge Exchange
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range : $102,720 - $128,400
The Manager, Divisions Knowledge Exchange is responsible for creating, curating, and facilitating meaningful knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for leaders across Divisions of Family Practice and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). The role focuses on identifying and sharing evidence, promising practices, and practical insights that can be easily translated, understood and adopted to help address local challenges and advance system change. Working closely with the Director, this position collaborates internally across the Partnerships & Collaboration team and the broader FPSC team, and externally with the Ministry of Health, to ensure alignment with strategic priorities for Divisions (including their work in PCN).
The Manager leads and supports a team to plan, deliver and improve a range of learning and knowledge exchange initiatives that enable peer-to-peer learning and system change. This includes communities of practice, knowledge-sharing series, online repositories, webinars, and the annual in-person Divisions Learning Session. Through these activities, the Manager promotes shared learning, maximizing efficiencies, and supporting the development of evidence-informed resources and training that strengthen local problem-solving and implementation across the primary care system.
