Your Opportunity

BDO Digital is currently seeking an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to join our growing practice. This role is a replacement hire and the individual will own the following responsibilities :

• Own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in the areas of design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion and integration.
• At the delivery stage, work with implementation teams to ensure that the overall solution architecture is sound and that the proposed design meets the requirements and expectations set during the selection process.
• Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Help to set the direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.
• Document and transfer knowledge internally and externally.
• Support client testing and quality assurance activities.
• Conduct design and peer reviews, including individual and team unit testing.
• Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions.
• Exercise leadership through superior technical and domain knowledge.
• Participate in the preparation of design documentation and create implementation instructions to support application deployments.
• At the opportunity stage, work with prospects to understand business requirements, advising BDO’s leadership and business development teams on the best solution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solution.
