Even well-designed software still requires some explanation. And as a Software Success Manager for this Vancouver-based SaaS company, you will be there to explain the software to customers.

This position is open to candidates living anywhere across Canada, and you’ll work from the comfort of your own home office.

In this Software Success role, you’ll work with a team of software professionals to support a complex web application. Your focus will be to connect directly with external customers.

You will help with the onboarding process for new customers and any issues and questions that come up from existing users.

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.

One of the attractive parts of this software product itself. The members of this team have developed an interactive, browser-based software application that incorporates graphics and 3D models.

This platform is already used by hundreds of corporate clients across North America.
