Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports both front-office customer interactions and back-of-house warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate order processing, and assist with daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient and timely operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with a positive and professional attitude.
• Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in company systems.

Warehouse Operations

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
