Description
This position is part of the Association of Academic Staff of the University of Alberta (AASUA). The successful candidate will receive a tenured or tenure‑track appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
Application areas include, but are not limited to :
Responsibilities
Teaching (40%) : Participate in teaching programs, including classroom teaching, supervision of research students, and student advising. Design course content in accordance with departmental standards and licensure requirements.
Research (40%) : Conduct creative research and disseminate results through publications and presentations. Seek funding from external agencies.
Service (20%) : Engage in service to the university, department, and broader community. Participate in governance and outreach activities.
