Here’s what we’ve got on offer:
As an Educational Leader with us, you’ll:
Nestled within a calm and welcoming community hub, our centre offers six bright, modern indoor learning spaces—large, open, beautifully maintained, and designed to inspire curiosity. Our expansive outdoor areas feature generous natural play spaces, shady bamboo, and a wide veranda, giving children room to explore, move, and learn in comfort.
We are a small, close-knit centre currently caring for 25–30 children per day, with capacity to grow to 115. Our current occupancy allows for highly personalised learning and meaningful connections with every child. Our educators bring a rich mix of languages—including Tagalog, English, Spanish, and Hindi—and frequently incorporate songs, storytelling, and cultural learning into the program.
You’ll be joining a stable and dedicated team of around 12 educators, many of whom have been with the centre between 3–8 years. Our Centre Manager has been with Guardian for 10 years, while our Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Teacher.
We’re passionate about connecting with our community. We offer regular incursions such as bulk-billed dental check-ups and family movie nights, with Fire and Police visits currently being organised. Excursions are underway too, including walks to local cafés, community walks, trips to the local school, and plans for library visits.
Located close to public transport, ferry access, and plenty of free onsite parking, our centre is easy to get to and surrounded by great local cafés and food options.
