Job Summary

We are seeking an embedded software engineering expert.

Qualcomm Automotive team is rapidly expanding to offer optimized solutions for infotainment and ADAS / Autonomous Driving. To scale and strengthen our offering in this domain, we are seeking a strong Principal level Lead Technical Engineer Leads who enjoys working with cutting edge technologies, in a super-charged fast-paced environment.

This is a high-impact and visible role responsible for successful product launches by partnering with Product, Program, Business and Engineering teams and leadership. New Headcount.

Responsibilities

• Drive product definition and requirements for the software product.
• Oversee software development planning and execution and drive the product delivery in alignment with leading edge Automotive OEMs.
• Coordinate end-to-end architecture and design, including considerations for functional-safety and cybersecurity.
• Champion continuous process improvements across various stages in the development lifecycle, including participation in process and project audits, driving process maturity metrics.
• Participate to software development throughout entire lifecycle across multiple technologies.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits

$113,800.00 - $163,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
