The Opportunity - Student, Campus Recreation Assistant (CLC) - Temporary

The CLC Fitness and Recreation Centre, a collaborative venture between Olds College and Chinook\'s Edge School Division, serves a diverse clientele spanning institutional partners and the wider Olds community and surrounding regions.

Currently the CLC Fitness and Recreation Centre is seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals to contribute to the smooth daily operations of the facility. This role focuses on ensuring the fitness centre operates efficiently while delivering a safe, engaging, and exceptional experience for all clients. This position may support execution of a broad spectrum of fitness or recreational programs and activities. This role reports directly to the CLC Fitness and Recreation Manager.

Responsibilities

General Reception and Administrative Functions

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, complaints in a timely, and efficient manner.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, offering consistent support and building trust.
• Communicate relevant details about services, programs, and policies clearly to clients.
• Process registrations, payments, and other client transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Accurately input and update data into systems or databases for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring that all records are properly maintained.
