Program Outline :

This is a multi-phase program in which you will build your knowledge of all business functions ranging from warehousing and logistics, sales, and finance to fast track your career into management.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experts across the country within an industry leading organization and at the end of the program you will be ready to take on the management of your own branch!

Qualifications :

If you have a university degree and entrepreneurial outlook the Management Trainee role could be for you! We are looking for individuals interested in running their own business are willing to get hands on in the business.

• University degree or college diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Entrepreneurial results focused mindset
• Passion for continued learning and development
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with teammates, vendors, and customers
• Open to re-location within Canada
• Valid driver’s license

Base Salary Range : 47-55K
