6-month contract Learning Analyst role with a global enterprise organization delivering training for a key group of business users.
What & Why :
As a result of growth and investment in technology our enterprise client is looking to add a Training Analyst to support the training of a large group of end users. You will be responsible to deliver learning resources with a focus on user guides, job aids, video tutorials and one-pagers. You will also be responsible for e-learning development and updates using Rise 360 and articulate. You will work closely with the learning lead on the program and take direction on how to support the learning strategy they have built. You should have business acumen and be able to build learning resources that are business (user / learner) and process focused.This is a great team to join as it has a number of high-profile programs launching this year.
