THE JOBOur client is seeking a Shop Manager to take responsibility for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the needs within the shop and yard.
As a key member overseeing the company’s efficiency and productivity, this role will require someone who enjoys driving a team and has a mechanical background
- Run heavy equipment
- Fix and maintain all shop machinery
- Manage and mentor a team
- Manage shop inventory and schedules

REQUIREMENTSAs the ideal candidate, you have a mechanical background. You are comfortable managing a team and delegating tasks.
