Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Coordinate and track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system
- Handle incoming inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customers
- Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking key performance metrics
- Support the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal teams
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative workflows
- Work closely with sales representatives, project managers, and operational teams to ensure alignment; support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer service and sales performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a technical or construction-related industryFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail with a focus on accuracyAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage deadlinesCustomer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skillsBenefits
