Our client, a private investment and asset management firm focused on commercial real estate and long-term investments in operating businesses, is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the Chairman directly. This is not a junior administrative role. It is a high-trust position focused on executive coordination, decision support, and investor-related communications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare briefs, agendas, summaries, and presentations
- Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate investor meetings, materials, and communications
- Organize complex information into clear, actionable formats
- Liaise with internal teams and external advisors as needed
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, Partner level)Background in investment, real estate, private equity, family office, or similar environments preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion, judgment, and organizationComfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-level settingAdditional Details :
