Job Description

RBC Dominion Securities Calgary North branch is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our team as an Associate.

What will you do?

• Manage daily trading operations, including the accurate and timely execution of trades as directed by the Advisor.
• Generate and manage model portfolio trade lists and assist with the quarterly / annual portfolio rebalancing process.
• Run various portfolio management reports, including capital gains / loss reports for tax planning and review purposes.
• Execute and follow up on all client trades to ensure proper settlement, delivery, and reporting.
• Support and serve clients, providing a professional and highly personable experience on the phone.
• Coordinate wealth planning services & liaise with internal specialists
• Liaise with clients, team members, and business partners to find solutions and see requests through to completion.
