Position : Contract Management Professional (Bilingual Contract Specialist, French and English Fluency Requited)

Are you an experienced Contract Management Professional with a knack for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders the negotiations and implementation of agreements as well as the request for proposal (RFX) process.?

Responsibilities
- Evaluation and negotiation of contracts including sales, purchasing agreement, amendments and master agreements.
- Review customer proposed terms and conditions, risk identification and act as a liaison between internal and external clients ensuring timely review.
- Lead and facilitate contract negotiation discussion as necessary.
- Maintain contractual documentation and manage changes in the contract database
Coordinate the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award and ensure deadlines are met.
Work and collaborate with cross functional teams, sales, marketing, finance and legal
Produce quotations and proposals in French and English.
Ensure policies and procedures and signature guidelines on agreements are adhered to
Participate and implement process and system improvement initiatives.
Assist with day to day administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant contract management experience.
- University or college degree with relevant experience.
- Experience as a paralegal and in the Healthcare, industry is an asset.
- Contract administration experience with a good understanding of the terms and conditions of agreements and tender documents.
- RFx project management experience is an asset.
- Fluent in French and English oral and written.
- Strong drafting, analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in working effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility and willingness to work with minimal supervision on time-sensitive projects.
Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
