Key Accountabilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to all clients
- Respond to all incoming calls and emails for the assigned book of business
- Manage all aspects for the assigned book of business
- Review policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts through established workflows
- Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements and follow-ups in an accurate and timely manner
- Review renewals for adequacy of coverage, including quoting and remarketing when appropriate
- Meet assigned retention targets
Key Qualifications / Attributes
Hold a valid RIBO LicenseMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Service Rep in an Insurance BrokerageConscientious self-starter with a high level of organizationAbility to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely mannerStrong attention to detail, accuracy and able to work in a “paperless” environmentA team player willing and able to be part of a collaborative team in officeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient computer skills and experience working on Microsoft Office ProgramsTechnically strong with PowerBroker, CompuQuote and Company PortalsBilingualism would be an asset
