Adecco is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our client in London, ON. This is a temporary to possibly permanent position offering $20.00 per hour. Pay rate : $20 / hour.

Location : London, ON

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.

Verify and log receipt of data.

Transcribe source data into the required electronic format.

Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.

Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, and resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.

Use basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.).

Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.

Complete additional assigned tasks as required. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Efficient and precise data entry skills.

Must pass a security screening process.
