Responsibilities :
Lead and manage daily service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance.Supervise and mentor service technicians, overseeing scheduling, workflow, and performance.Coordinate shop and field activities to meet timelines and customer needs.Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in top working condition.Monitor and process work orders with accurate and timely invoicing.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.Build strong customer and supplier relationships while resolving technical and service issues.Control departmental costs, support budgeting, and drive continuous improvement.Promote a positive team culture focused on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.Requirements :
