Responsibilities
- Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software
- Enroll devices in the MDM platform
- Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
- Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features
- Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory
- Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trends
Qualifications
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., VMWare Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Citrix Endpoint Management)
- Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical support to end-users
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to haves :
- Experience with mobile device security protocols
- Experience with mobile application management (MAM)
- Certifications in MDM solutions
