Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software
  • Enroll devices in the MDM platform
  • Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
  • Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features
  • Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trends

Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., VMWare Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Citrix Endpoint Management)
  • Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing technical support to end-users
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to haves :

  • Experience with mobile device security protocols
  • Experience with mobile application management (MAM)
  • Certifications in MDM solutions
