Job responsibilities include :

- Implement policies and conduct performance reviews

The ideal candidate will have :
- At least five years experience in HR and Operations, and at least a year of management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services office
- Strong communication skills and the maturity to deal with various levels within an organization
- A degree or diploma in a related area such as HR or Business Administration
- CPHR designation an asset.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
