Job Overview

Retail Representative – Full-time (3‑month contract)

We are hiring a results‑oriented Retail Representative to represent our clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage retail sales experience in a strategic manner through direct sales, merchandising and POS placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and merchandising coverage and execute retail special projects for an assigned territory.
• Conduct in‑store execution of client priorities to achieve superior in‑store results.
• Handheld reporting and new item placement.
• Maintain 100% distribution of existing items.
• Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and plan‑ograms.
• Perform pricing audits and build displays.
• Build relationships with store personnel and negotiate product placement.
• Communicate client information and sell promotions.
