Compensation
$3750-$4250 monthly + uncapped commissions
Shifts Required
Full-Time
5 Days a week, 1 weekend day required
Evening shifts required, must be available until 9pm+ GENERAL Responsibilities - Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basics
- Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations
- Works with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner
- Educate and empower team members on necessary items and requests
- Resolve escalate customer complaints in a professional, respectful manner
- Able to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skills
SALES SUPPORT - Meet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followed
- Participate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.)
- Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and staff training and development
- Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members
- Monitors and adjusts schedules to maximize employee productivity, obtain payroll goals and cover key business hours/peak days - Assist with shift coverage as needed
Qualifications - Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and influence people
- Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business result
- College or University degree preferred* or relevant experience
- Experience in store or facility management as asset*
- Competent in performance metrics including revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facility maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast paced environment
- Strong administrative skills including payroll, scheduling, ordering inventory, and report generating
