Job Description :

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Field Inventory Specialist located in Markham ON Canada or Montreal QC.

This is a field based remote role

We are seeking a detailoriented resultsdriven professional to manage consigned medical devices within their assigned region. This fieldbased role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams including Sales Sales & Marketing Operations Finance Distribution and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive consignment inventory strategy that manages expiry dates optimizes regional stock and aligns with broader business and financial objectives.

In this position you will play a key role in ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements for field inventory processes working in partnership with the office team. You will also be directly responsible for the timely execution of audits and returns utilizing existing reporting and processes to drive actionable insights and tangible results. As part of your responsibilities you will benchmark best practices across the country and recommend innovative practices for implementation within your region. Reporting directly to the Asset Management Lead you will provide regular updates highlighting your contributions and progress.

Key Responsibilities :

Become a consistent Johnson & Johnson presence in the field fostering collaborative partnerships with Customers and the Sales Team while striving for continuous improvement in Asset Management and Inventory Optimization.

Field Audits :

Collaborate with Finance to develop and implement the annual audit risk assessment and strategy strengthening accountability and compliance across consigned inventory.

Lead the scheduling and execution of field audits with the Sales Team to ensure thorough efficient and compliant assessments.

Reconcile annual field count results by working closely with Sales Finance Customer Service and Supply Chain Planning to identify and resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate reporting.

Inventory Management and Optimization :

Partner with Sales Representatives and Customers to gather insights that enhance inventory accuracy and support effective expiry date management within the region.

Analyze product utilization to recommend optimal consigned product mixes enhance underutilized assets and reduce expiryrelated risk.

Support inventory reduction initiatives and coordinate consignment retrieval activities in collaboration with the Sales Team contributing to overall inventory optimization efforts.

Continuous Improvement :

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify return opportunities and ensure accurate timely documentation for all field inventory activities.

Provide strategic guidance and approvals on expiry replacements to improve product availability and operational efficiency.

Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes enhance performance and maximize the effectiveness of regional inventory management.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors Degree required; a degree in Supply Chain Business Finance Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Required :

Bilingual (French and English) is required please note that proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for this role as you will be interacting with English-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Valid Canadian drivers license

Preferred :

Experience in Supply Chain or Operations within the medical device industry with strong knowledge of consigned inventory management and related processes.

Proven ability to analyze and manage large data sets to identify trends gaps and optimization opportunities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision showing initiative and proactive problemsolving.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP including the MyMediset module.

Dans ce poste vous veillerez au respect rigoureux des exigences de conformité liées aux processus dinventaire sur le terrain en partenariat avec léquipe du bureau. Vous serez également responsable de lexécution ponctuelle des audits et des retours en utilisant les rapports et processus existants pour générer des analyses exploitables et des résultats concrets. Vous évaluerez les meilleures pratiques à léchelle du pays et recommanderez des améliorations adaptées à votre région. Relevant directement du responsable de la gestion des actifs vous fournirez des mises à jour régulières sur vos progrès et contributions.

Responsabilités principales

Représenter Johnson & Johnson sur le terrain en établissant des partenariats solides avec les clients et léquipe des ventes tout en favorisant lamélioration continue de la gestion des actifs et de loptimisation de linventaire.

1. Audits sur le terrain

Collaborer avec léquipe des Finances pour développer et mettre en œuvre lévaluation annuelle des risques daudit ainsi que la stratégie connexe renforçant la responsabilisation et la conformité des stocks en consignation.

Diriger la planification et lexécution des audits sur le terrain avec léquipe des ventes afin dassurer des évaluations rigoureuses efficaces et conformes.

Réconcilier les résultats du dénombrement annuel en travaillant étroitement avec les équipes des Ventes des Finances du Service à la clientèle et de la Planification de la chaîne dapprovisionnement afin de résoudre les écarts et maintenir lexactitude des rapports.

2. Gestion et optimisation de linventaire

Collaborer avec les représentants des ventes et les clients pour recueillir des informations permettant daméliorer la précision de linventaire et la gestion des dates dexpiration dans la région.

Analyser lutilisation des produits afin de recommander des combinaisons optimales de produits consignés optimiser les actifs sousutilisés et réduire les risques liés aux expirations.

Soutenir les initiatives de réduction de linventaire et coordonner les activités de récupération des produits consignés avec léquipe des ventes pour contribuer à loptimisation globale de linventaire.

3. Amélioration continue

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour identifier les possibilités de retours et assurer une documentation exacte et ponctuelle de toutes les activités dinventaire sur le terrain.

Fournir des orientations stratégiques et approuver les remplacements de produits expirant prochainement afin daméliorer la disponibilité des produits et lefficacité opérationnelle.

Diriger des initiatives damélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus améliorer la performance et accroître lefficacité de la gestion régionale de linventaire.

Qualifications

Formation

Baccalauréat requis; un diplôme en gestion de la chaîne dapprovisionnement en administration des affaires en finances en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.

Exigences

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis la maîtrise de langlais tant à loral quà lécrit est essentielle car vous interagirez régulièrement avec des clients et des partenaires anglophones.

Capacité à voyager jusquà 50 %.

Permis de conduire valide au Canada.

Atouts

Expérience en chaîne dapprovisionnement ou en opérations dans lindustrie des dispositifs médicaux avec une solide compréhension de la gestion de linventaire en consignation.

Capacité démontrée à analyser et gérer de grands ensembles de données afin didentifier des tendances des écarts et des occasions doptimisation.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des partenaires internes et externes.

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision en faisant preuve dinitiative et de proactivité.

Maîtrise intermédiaire à avancée dExcel Word et PowerPoint.
