Responsibilities :

• Demonstrateempathy and understanding for customers navigating complexchallenges.
• Establishrapport quickly with customers and guide conversations throughthoughtful discoveryquestioning.
• Serveas a resource to customers understanding available solutionscommunicating key differences and guiding decisions toward the mostappropriateservice.
• Maintaina pipeline of customers not yet ready to make purchase decisionsthrough rapport building and tailored followupactivities.
• MaintainKPI performance in alignment withtargets.
• Workwith transparency integrity and a positive approach to learning andchallenges.
