Duties include :
- Opening, maintaining and completing repair work orders.
- Assist in the preparation of service quotes.
- Professional interactions with customers in-person and over the phone.
- Work with the service team regarding work orders.
- Primary focus on turf and utility equipment.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who :
- is self-motivated, and driven to serve customer’s needs
- has service writing experience
- a background in farming would be considered an asset
- has above average computer skills
- works well in a team setting
- would enjoy working in a positive SCE team environment
