Job Description :

Strong understanding of SAP IS-U modules : Device Management Billing Invoicing FICA Customer Service.
Experience in end-to-end utility processes : meter reading billing invoicing collections.
Ability to perform functional configuration and customization.
Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis.

Requirements

Technical Skills :

Basic to intermediate ABAP debugging and collaboration with technical teams.

Experience with data migration tools and interface development (e.g. IDocs BAPIs).

Familiarity with SAP testing tools and test case creation.

Understanding of integration with CRM BW and external systems
