Description

Our multidisciplinary clinic has several exam rooms and a dedicated gym and rehab area. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout the Calgary area. The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, Hip & Knee, Shoulder and Concussion Programs.

Exceptional patient service, collaborative care and continued growth and improvement are highly valued at Momentum Health. We are presently seeking a Part-Time enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Required Hours: Flexible
Start Date: Flexible, as soon as possible is preferred

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Licensed member in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
Valid liability insurance
Ability to provide Cognitive and Concussion assessment
Perform musculoskeletal, psycho-social, cognitive and functional assessments
Create and execute Occupational Therapy plans for physical, cognitive, and psychological recovery
Experience with Motor Vehicle Accident claims is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in collaboration with external contacts (e.g., Lawyers, WCB, etc.)
Experience in performing these skills would be an asset however we are ready to work collaboratively with a candidate to build these capacities
