Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our strategic goals, including revenue generation.

This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, requiring onsite presence three days per week, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities :
- Plan and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing and communications plans across email, web, and social media platforms
- Develop and execute e-blast marketing campaigns, Google search / display ads, and organic and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Prepare campaign performance reports and leverage data insights to inform future marketing decisions
- Create compelling digital content to support campaigns, programs, and organizational goals
- Help manage and monitor social media accounts, including community engagement and content scheduling
- Optimize the website for SEO and update it in collaboration with an external web developer
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and executing organic and paid integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications campaignsProven experience setting and analyzing KPIs to guide campaign strategyExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong technical knowledge in digital marketing platforms, including Google and social media platforms, and in WordPress, Canva, and the Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in email marketing tools and analytics reportingTechnical knowledge of social media creation and publishing tools (e.g., Loomly, Hootsuite, Buffer)Strong project management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenPreferred Assets
Experience with Blackbaud / Raiser’s Edge / NXTRelevant post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the nonprofit sectorExperience in science communications
