Job descriptionRegular site visits locally and out of province Produce site reports, development permits, submittals. Handle certificates of payment, change orders, RFIs, RFPs. Review drawings in Revit and AutoCAD. Liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and city officials. Travel required. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related background. At least 2 years of contract administration experience in an architectural environment. Good knowledge of site work. Ability to negotiate, mediate with clients and contractors. High attention to detail. Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly out of province.
