The Job Opportunity
We are looking for a data obsessed Implementation & Support Specialist to join our expanding team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers optimize their operations through the implementation of our platform.
You will create a foundation of support every step of the way for our customers by growing & protecting their value and return on investment.
Analysis is your thing! You enjoy diving into database information to uncover new insights and use cases that maximizes the information and metrics tracked.
You can identify opportunities that enhance their internal database with added data to help clients achieve their goals.
You will be the trailblazer in providing a seamless customer experience by facilitating regular touchpoints with clients on a frequency that fosters an outstanding working relationship.
Cross-collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with sales, marketing, product and the IT teams to stay up to speed on the needs of the customer, the market and other prospects.
As an Implementation & Support Specialist you will :
- Be a Brizo FoodMetrics product expert, providing guidance and support to clients to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of the platform
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of new processes and procedures
- Apply novel thinking to identify new opportunities for clients to leverage metrics effectively
- Customize and deliver training programs based on customer requirements and provide ongoing coaching post training
- Help to define what success means for our customers, devise rollout plans to achieve success and ensure all onboarded customers are actively using the platform
- Support our customers and partners onto the Brizo FoodMetrics platform after going live to find resolutions by analysing and resolving issues
- Own customer issues to conclusion and provide insightful solutions
- Monitor and measure the success of implementation, provide ongoing customer support recommendations for improvements and seek new ways to enhance and improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Management Consultant or Onboarding & Implementation Specialist in a data or software company
- Experience in the B2B foodservice industry is not required but will be prioritized
- Data obsessed with previous experience working within a database
- Demonstrated experience in conducting business assessments, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving change management initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential
- Must love food and have a basic understanding of food related puns
