Our client is Canada’s leading business-to-business receptive tour operator looking to hire a Sr. Java Developer

About the Opportunity

The role is focused on Java backend developer. They expect someone to come and hit the ball rolling, they do have documentation, but they are weak.

The role will be focused on maintenance and new development.

They are also upgrading their infrastructure and implementing CI / CD pipelines. There is future consideration to move the database more towards Postgres then Oracle, also migrating to Java 11

New project is a third-party API the complex part is receiving of pushed data, storage, cache building of database structure

About You

Min 5 years of Java backend developer

Experienced in using Maven

RESTful API

Apache Tomcat

PostgreSQL or Oracle

Bonus Items : Java 11

Salary Range

$105,000 / year
