Role : Sr. Java Software Engineer with Spark experience

The Role : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code using the Java programming language.
- Developing and executing robust and scalable Java applications according to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
- Analyzing user requirements to define business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Performing impact analysis for application changes and proposing suitable alternatives.
- Optimizing existing code for improved performance and scalability.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Ensuring designs comply with specifications through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Preparing and producing releases of software components.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Providing technical support and consultation for Java application and infrastructure questions.
- Maintaining existing codebase by making necessary modifications and enhancements.
- Documenting all development work performed, creating clear and detailed technical documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Continuously improving skills and knowledge on core Java and related technologies.
Requirement : You are :

- Experienced in IT Software Development, especially in Core Java Concepts and Advanced Java, Collections / Exceptions
- Experienced in design patterns - Spring (Framework, ORM, MVC, Integration, Batch, Services), SOA, REST / SOAP webservices, JSON / XML
- Application Developer on the Java Platform including but not limited to Spring Core, Spring Integration, Cassandra.
- Must have experience in Spark, Big Data experience, Impala, HIVE, Hadoop
- Hands on experience in Source Control Tools : Bit Bucket / GIT, Subversion (SVN)
- Experience with Maven, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI), JUnit
