The Opportunity

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our internal operations running smoothly. You’ll support day‑day activities, assist with process improvements, and help ensure our teams have what they need to succeed. This role provides broad exposure to business operations, HR support, vendor coordination, and administrative functions.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operational activities across purchasing, logistics, and shipping and receiving
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
• Help streamline processes and contribute to operational improvements
• Prepare reports, track data, and support project coordination
• Step in where needed to support a collaborative, fast‑moving team
