We are currently looking for a Sales Super Star to represent us during in-home sales presentations to pre-qualified leads and meet with clients to understand their personal needs and desires.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and must live in the greater Boston area. For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with : Proven in-home sales experienceStrong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of residential constructionExperience in or the ability to learn CAD softwareThe maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroomA degree in Architecture is advantageousWe require our employees to be vaccinated against COVIDSuccessful candidates will : Meet with clients in their home and in our showroomListen to clients’ requirements and desires to expand their homesDesign and sell solutions that meet clients’ residential needs within their budgetsFollow up with clients to ensure customer satisfactionWe provide employees with training in our consultation process, quality construction techniques, and our CAD design software.
We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year.
