This HR role addresses key areas of improvement and growth within the company's management structure. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Leader, this position is pivotal in steering the firm toward ongoing expansion and evolution.
With the company’s growth trajectory and strategic initiatives underway, the need for a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner is imperative.
This individual will be instrumental in fortifying the existing HR function, driving strategic change initiatives, and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
The People & Culture Business Partner is a critical role designed to prepare the company for scalable growth and operational excellence.
The People & Culture Business Partner will support the firm’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
They will drive employee engagement, support talent acquisition efforts, and foster a culture that aligns with the company's core values.
The role requires proficiency in HR operations, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development, along with experience in HR technology platforms.
This position requires demonstrated experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments and the ability to support the HR function to with the firm’s ambitious growth strategy.
How you’ll contribute
To be successful in this role you will :
- Assess and enhance current HR processes to align with the company’s strategic plans.
- Partner with business units and leadership to effectively manage all aspects of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development.
- Identify and address HR challenges proactively, providing practical solutions and supporting the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Take a hands-on approach to HR, balancing operational duties with implementing strategic initiatives. Lead and support organizational projects such as software implementations within the first 6 months.

The candidate will support efforts to enhance recruitment processes, improve employee engagement, and develop management capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered :
- Overall Experience : 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to an HR Generalist role or similar responsibilities.
- Technical Skills : Strong HR expertise across key areas, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Proficiency in using HR technologies and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Transformation : Experience in supporting organizational change, particularly in areas related to people and culture.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent combination of education & experience (CHRP designation is an asset).
