Job descriptionEducational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding and navigating a complex technical landscape. Demonstrated technical research and development experience in AI / ML domains. Experience in heterogeneous (CPU / GPU / NPU) computing, high performance AI computing architecture, Big Data and Graphic Processing is an asset. Possession of a keen sense of technology, enabling the ability to swiftly distill complex information and generate in-depth insight reports. Strong communication and presentation skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability to a global team and active participation in various external conferences to gather first-hand insights and stay abreast of the latest industry trends.

About the job
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and research achievements in the industry and academia within the AI / ML domain, generating insightful technology reports.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge AI / ML technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic technical plans and lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of AI / ML projects.
- Understand pain points and mid-to-long-term requirements, fostering collaborations with local university professors and industry resources for joint projects.
- Identify new investment opportunities, advocate for the expansion of technology teams and increasing investments.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI / ML team.
About the ideal candidate
The base salary for this position ranges from $190,000 to $350,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.
