IT Project Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES : As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of small to enterprise sized professional services engagements, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, of high quality and exceed client expectations.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to : Create required project schedules and manage to baseline for all assigned projects.

Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.Review and understanding of required allocations in accordance to baseline schedules and raising any constraints prior to potential conflicts arising.

Define and manage baseline budgets with focus on avoiding variances.Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Review quality of deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively apply the OnX project delivery methodology and enforce project standards.

Minimize OnX exposure and risk on project.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Manage client expectations and able to work with various levels of management.

Understand how to communicate difficult / sensitive information tactfully.Demonstrate strong leadership qualities (e.g. influence, motivate).

Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.Effectively manage simultaneous enterprise-wide projects.Excellent communicator, strong presentation skills, leadership skills, results oriented, adaptable to change, exceptional problem solving ability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : Superior oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to focus the message and clear ambiguity in any situation.

PMP Certified with minimum 7-10 years of direct project management experience.Strong vendor management and relationship management skills which are consistently applied to all engagement to ensure contracts are honored and work executed to plan.

Strong working experience in managing teams of IT and business professionals within a matrix organization to implement enterprise application projects.

Experience managing a variety of professional service engagements interfacing with client stakeholders at all levels.Superior budget management skills which are used to ensure both internal and external partner resources are executing to baseline plan on a consistent basis and variances are avoided using proactive analysis management.

Exposure to and working knowledge of Financial Force PSA.Proficient using MS Project.Excellent client facing and team management skills working collaboratively with employees, vendors and internal stake-holders.

Excellent working knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycle.Solid understanding of various types of contractual agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, Teaming Agreement, Master Services Agreement.
