Urgent Data Analyst / Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst / Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst / Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informed decision-making by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Responsibilities :
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning to identify opportunities and predict outcomes.
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics solutions to drive business growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Provide expert-level guidance on data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
• Requirements :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proven expertise in advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including :
• SQL and database management
• Python, R, or other scripting languages
• Data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
• Machine learning and statistical modeling
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and optimization through data-driven insights
