Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director, CRM Capabilities, act as the integration development owner, managing integration requirements for projects, and ensuring that solutions are delivered on-time and within budget for the CRM platform implementation
• Create high-level interface designs based on business requirements and build integration solutions ensuring successful deployment using various integration product technologies / tools and services
• Lead and work collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders to formulate effective designs, code and unit tests for new and existing system integration solutions
• Perform unit and regression testing on integrations during releases, and work with team to resolve identified issues?
• Provide production support to integrations for assigned applications, including break / fix support

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years in Application Integration development experience with large scale CRM implementations
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing systems integration solutions for CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of modern CRM solutions and relevant integration development tools
• Extensive experience in design and development of Application Integration solutions, including connectors, middleware / bus / hub, communication protocols and SOA / microservices architecture
• Expert understanding of data driven application integration (web services and ETL / batch jobs), defining integration patterns, and leading work with APIs to enable integration
• Solid understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance and integration / development standards and best practices
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with business and technical staff, project managers in both oral and written form
• Proven ability to adapt to and function effectively within a changing organizational environment
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities and juggling multiple projects
• A university degree in computer science or approved equivalent combination of education and experience
