Description

- Merchandising & Visual Impact : Use your creative talent and skills to create brand stories to attract customers and create a vibrant and inviting sales floor.
You’ll ensure that their contemporary collections are beautifully presented and that inventory is well-managed to meet customer demand.
Optimize Performance : Partner with senior management to assess departmental performance, set sales goals for the department and support a team selling environment, and address operational challenges.
Your focus will be on maximizing efficiency and ensuring the department meets business targets.
Requirements
- Retail Management Experience : 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced retail setting, with a proven track record of leading successful and engaged teams.
- Fashion Expertise : You’re passionate about women’s contemporary fashion and deeply understand current trends and customer preferences.
- Customer-Centric Approach : A natural enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming, engaging shopping environment.
- Leadership & Team Development : You have strong coaching and leadership skills and can empower and motivate your team to excel.
- Customer Service Focus : Experienced and enthusiastic about engaging with customers on the sales floor to provide outstanding service.
- Varying Hours : Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate operational demands.
