This role leads and inspires multidisciplinary project teams while delivering a wide range of civil and transportation projects for public sector clients in Western Canada, contributing to the future of mobility and community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-discipline transportation projects, including roadway renewals, active transportation initiatives, transit improvements, and streetscape enhancements.
• Oversee the preparation of functional, preliminary, and detailed engineering design drawings, contract documents, and engineering specifications for municipal and transportation projects.
• Track project schedules and budgets, manage monthly invoicing, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Lead and mentor assigned project staff by scheduling tasks, prioritizing workloads, and supporting professional growth through coaching and development.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and participation in QA / QC processes.
• Foster enthusiasm and maintain a strong client focus to contribute to the continued success and reputation of the team.

Qualifications & Experience

Compensation and benefits

Salary range : $89,000 - $134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis\' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
