We are hiring for a Payroll and Logistics Analyst in Halton Hills, ON.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Using automated methods(ADP Workforce), maintain and update employee data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime records, to determine pay and benefit entitlements in Canadian and foreign currencies.
- Create and confirm employee earnings statements that include gross and net pay as well as any applicable deductions, including taxes, garnishments, insurance, and pension programs.
- All employee payroll-related payments, including normal salary, benefit payments, and special payments like bonuses and vacation pay, should be prepared, verified, and processed.
- Fill out, double-check, and process forms and documents related to benefits administration, including medical insurance, employment, share savings, pension schemes, and leaves.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork for payroll-related filings, including year-end tax statements, pension statements, Records of Employment, and other statements.
- Provide details on collective bargaining agreement clauses, benefit schemes, and payroll-related issues.
- Assemble, examine, and keep track of statistical reports, statements, and summaries pertaining to accounts for compensation and benefits.
- Create period-end reports, balance them, and match issued payrolls with bank statements.
- Find and fix disparities in payroll
- may be in charge of creating or carrying out payroll policies, practices, or procedures.
- providing efficient and competitive freight rates, quotes / estimates, gathering and analyzing transportation-related information to support the effective procurement of transportation services.
- Responsible for maintaining the information in logistic databases and identifying opportunities for inventory reduction.
