Early Talent Learning Program Specialist (12-Month Contract) Toronto, ON
Join a dynamic team supporting early talent learning programs in the financial services industry. We’re looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the design, development, and execution of programs, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in program management and learning design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute initiatives and manage various program components.
- Book travel, track expenses, and administer reports to support program roll-outs.
- Build relationships with internal / external stakeholders and promote programs via social media.
- Analyze current operations, research best practices, and support strategic initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience or recent graduate in a related field.
- Interest in event planning and learning design.
- Strong program management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Experience at a major financial institution.
- Background in Talent Acquisition, Student Services, or Campus Recruitment.
