Key Responsibilities : - Process financial documents (invoices, bills, and receipts) - Perform data entry, maintain financial records - Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets - Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents - Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial inquiries - Support the finance team in day-to-day operations Qualifications : - Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus - Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
